FCK.MOULD
Process

What happens during a Fuck Mould inspection.

No surprises. Every inspection follows the same documented process — from the first intake email to the final issued report — so renters know exactly what they're paying for and what they'll receive.

What's included

  • Stage 1 · Intake — secure online form, evidence upload, scope confirmation
  • Stage 2 · Booking — time confirmed in writing, access requirements clarified with you (we do not deal with your agent directly unless you ask us to)
  • Stage 3 · On-site visit — visible-condition assessment, moisture readings where accessible, photographic survey, occupant interview
  • Stage 4 · Draft report — prepared within 3–5 business days; you receive a watermarked draft to review for factual accuracy
  • Stage 5 · QA gate — internal review against our 5-point quality checklist, including a banned-phrase linter that blocks any overreach
  • Stage 6 · Final report — issued as a locked PDF with stable filename, delivered via secure download link valid for 7 days

Why a documented process matters

Agents and landlords often try to discredit tenant evidence by claiming it was collected unscientifically or unevenly. Following a documented inspection process — and being transparent about it — closes that line of attack before it opens.

Every inspection we run produces the same artefacts in the same order: an intake record, a chronology, a labelled evidence index (P-001 for photos, D-001 for documents), and a final PDF with a fixed filename format. The whole trail is auditable.

What we don't do

We do not provide legal advice. We do not promise NCAT outcomes. We do not perform remediation, cleaning or any work that would create a financial conflict with the findings of our report. This is deliberate.

Important.Fuck Mould provides evidence support, documentation assistance and inspection coordination. We do not provide legal advice, medical advice or guarantee tribunal outcomes. For legal advice, speak with a solicitor, community legal centre or Tenants' Advice and Advocacy Service.
