By engaging Fuck Mould you agree to these terms. They describe what we do, what we don't do, and how we work together.

Scope of services

We provide evidence review, inspection coordination, written inspection summaries, contents schedules and structured evidence packs. We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, remediation services or tribunal representation.

Fees

Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Starting prices on the site are indicative. Final pricing depends on location, urgency, property size, evidence volume and report complexity.

Cancellations

On-site inspections cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Get in touch as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Limitations

Our reports represent our professional observations based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. We make no guarantee that any third party — including agents, landlords, insurers, NSW Fair Trading or NCAT — will accept, give weight to or act on our reports.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
